Stoppt Kniepers Abmahnabzocke

On the February 1st 2007 Folkert Knieper commented many blogs with this message: Wir danken allen Bloggen für die Publicity für Marions Kochbuch. Der Suchbegriff Marions Kochbuch ist bei technorati.com auf der Startseite als Platz 9 gelistet. Danke! It was his reaction to those blogs which wrote critical about his warning letter to people who used pictures from his website. The warning letters included a invoice between about 1.000,00 and 2.000,00 Euro.

The next day a blog-owner wrote, that this is spam and he enqueue this spam to all those spammers who offer penis enlargement and porno pages and that kind of things.

Now Knieper feels like mortally offended and wants 10.000,00 Euro and the lawyer wants another 1.800,00 Euro for his heavy job! The amount in dispute is set to 100.000,00 Euro.

This Knieper is unbelievable! First he wants thousands of Euros for his shoddy pictures and if you start to report about that fraud in your blog he try to muzzle you with new warning letters with high amount in dispute!

You know what this people are? They are cheating the German web community by the German law. Yes, they are using the German law to make a big amount of money. Mr. Knieper wouldn’t get so much money for his pictures if he sell them in the normal way. But with this stupid copyright law in Germany he can make lots of money with it. Mr. Knieper is just a hobby photographer and not an professional one. He and his lawyer had this very good business idea to make the big money by sending dissuasions with high costs for people who use pictures from there website. Where else he could sell his pictures with simple things like peppercorns or mushrooms for at least 520 EURO per picture.
